After a killer workout with my awesome friend/coach @Dalalcalories earlier today at @360mall. I was kinda hesitant to take a day off my crossfit program but I'm glad I did!! @rijeemy team did an excellent job throughout the month testing people's physical strength and mobility. Today they not only did that! They pushed me to my limits while keeping an open mind to different and difficult types of workout routines! @rijeemy you did an outstanding job! I'm glad I got the chance to be part of the program even if it was for one day!
